brian, founder of redwood pilates, came to the pilates with severe sciatic nerve pain and chronic back issues. through diligent practice and study,
he fixed it.


now, he’s stronger than ever— thanks to the practice of pilates and the unlimited capacity of the pilates reformer. join brian in the studio for a challenge and an exploration that can lead to a strong, healthy body that will take you everywhere you want to go.
